My challenge today was in dealing with my husband. His father passed away earlier this morning, and he’s been processing a wave of emotions all day. My goal is to be there for him and support him through this difficult time. There is only one time ever you will lose a parent. Make sure when that time is for you (if you still have living parents) that your unresolved issues are resolved before it is too late.

I made two new friends at the gym today. Eric and Tiffany. They are both swimmers that I’ve been working out with. Today we had short conversations, where as in the past we just waved and smiled at each other.

My goal is to always be the first one who smiles and waves hello.

Business Progress

Progress:

I noticed today while getting dressed that my clothes are fitting me better. Having lost 16 pounds on this journey, I feel better about myself too. I am the person who refused to buy “fat clothes” when I packed on the extra menopausal pounds. I just looked like 10lbs stuffed in a 5 lb sack or however the saying goes. LOL.
