Challenges

Business:

Absolutely no business today. I spent the day in party prep for Pat’s family coming to town.

Challenges

Challenges:

Fluent Form is a program we use for a variety of business applications. This week I am learning how to create conversational forms. It seems like a more interesting and engaging way to walk someone through a setup process. Once I figure out how to create them, we have multiple business uses for them.

Relationships

Relationships:

I spent the afternoon with my husband Pat. We went to lunch and then worked together on the taxes and went over some expenses we could cut in the business. Keeping a lean expense sheet will leave more money on the bottom line for payroll or other avenues of growth.

Business Progress

Progress:

Today is the first time since my knee surgery that I was able to kneel on my knee without excruciating pain. I do believe it’s on the way to recovery.

Back on Track

The key to remember is that life is a constantly evolving thing. You will get off track and you will get back on track. The key is to not beat yourself up during the movement of life’s ups and downs.

We made it through the funeral and all the family meals which all included sweets, treats and high-calorie foods. Instead of making excuses and randomly eating things I knew I shouldn’t eat, I made conscious eating choices.

Although I gained 7lbs, from the weekend of eating all the meals, I am back on track today with the intermittent fasting and back to the gym this morning.

I recognize that I didn’t put the weight on overnight, and it will not come off overnight, but getting back on track with my health and wellness program will be the quickest route to feeling my best.
