Back on Track
The key to remember is that life is a constantly evolving thing. You will get off track and you will get back on track. The key is to not beat yourself up during the movement of life’s ups and downs.
We made it through the funeral and all the family meals which all included sweets, treats and high-calorie foods. Instead of making excuses and randomly eating things I knew I shouldn’t eat, I made conscious eating choices.
Although I gained 7lbs, from the weekend of eating all the meals, I am back on track today with the intermittent fasting and back to the gym this morning.
I recognize that I didn’t put the weight on overnight, and it will not come off overnight, but getting back on track with my health and wellness program will be the quickest route to feeling my best.
